Job Summary:

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting trends, and supporting strategic business decisions. You will work closely with management to ensure financial health and compliance while identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and business performance indicators.
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and adjustments.

Data-Driven Insights & Forecasting:

  • Develop financial models to support business strategies and investments.
  • Conduct risk assessments and profitability analysis.
  • Provide recommendations based on market trends, revenue projections, and cost evaluations.

Compliance & Audits:

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Support external and internal audits, assisting with documentation and financial data validation.

Cash Flow & Expense Management:

  • Monitor and report on cash flow, expenditures, and financial risk factors.
  • Identify cost-saving measures and process improvements to enhance financial performance.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Present financial insights to support key business decisions and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in Excel, accounting software, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.

 

Hours:

40 hours per week, flexible schedule.
